I decided to go through Click 2 Refund after hearing success from a fellow passenger from said flight.
I had issues with a cancelled and heavily delay flight. I tried to go through the process myself and the airline was highly uncooperative (Westjet). After months of back and forth, I decided to go through Click 2 Refund after hearing success from a fellow passenger from said flight. After a bit over a month money was deposited into my account. Shout out Irwin for being super fast with his responses and updates when I asked for them and being so professional throughout.

I reached out to click2refund and they really helped me to reclaim the compensation
Airline overbooked and asked if I would volunteer my seat for a voucher. I did but the compensation never came. I reached out to click2refund and they really helped me to reclaim the compensation. It took some time but they definitely got back to me. Thx

Avis d’une vrai personne et pas une IA ou je ne sais quoi.. je tiens à remercier Josh qui m’a accompagné pour une demande remboursement auprès de LUXAIR , vol qui avait un peu moins de 3h , certes c’est un peu long entre la demande et le virement mais ça en vaux la peine. J’ai reçu une indemnisation grâce à Josh de chez Click 2 Refund pour sa réactivité et son dévouement car en général Luxair ne lâche aucune indemnisation .
