Click2Refund was easy to work with and well worth the 29 percent fee. Our flight from Amsterdam to London was cancelled causing us to miss our flight back home. It took about 3 months and our compensation was a lot more than anticipated. No hassle and didn’t have to deal with the airlines.

Click2refund is legit. Irwin managed my issue efficiently and got me the compensation the airline denied repeatedly (service fee was 29%, fair enough). The process took couple of months, but it was hands-off for me and Irwin promptly replied to my questions throughout.
