Earlier this year, my wife and I were returning home from Europe and our flight was delayed by over 4 hours. I remembered reading about an EU law that entitles travelers to compensation for excessive flight delays. I wasn't sure how this worked but I discovered Click2Refund online and decided it was worth a try. The process was easy, with clear instructions on what information and documentation was required to process the claim. We were assisted by Felix who was friendly and very helpful. Lo and behold, about 90 days later, our claim was processed and we received 600 euros each! Click2Refund gets 29% of the proceeds for the work it does processing the claim but it is still well worth it! Definitely recommended!

Excellent service!
