I hired Click2Refund after British Airways denied my claim for reimbursement after they sold my family's tickets because my first connecting flight "wasn't supposed to make it on time." I DID try to fight with BA myself, but they kept denying me so I went with Click2Refund. I worked with Simon who was very helpful and would respond to my emails within 24 hours. It wasn't a quick process, but they were able to recover what was owed to us! They don't charge fees out of pocket, they just take a percent of what you get back.

Our flight got cancelled in Barcelona Our flight got cancelled by delta until the next day and they changed it from Delta to Lufthansa without even telling us.
