Everything was as he told us and correct and eventually we received money
We submitted the case to Click2Refund and from the day we requested compensation we were guided by Kevin, very professionally and efficiently. Everything was as he told us and correct and eventually we received money. It was flight from Athens to Belgrade with delay of about 8 hours, operated by Air SERBIA. Very reliable company to use.
Used their service for a refund request that Aer Lingus rejected, claiming the delayed flight and subsequent charges I incurred due to having to check in my carry on bag on a different flight as well as late charges for my air bnb. It took a few months but I got a response back from click2refund and got my refund deposited to my account today. My correspondent, Jamie, was extremely helpful. Very reliable company to use.

I had an excellent experience with click 2 refund. They are professional , reply every time you email them. Simon was always the one replying , he was in charge of our case and he was understanding and patient. It was also reassuring that I got feedback every time I asked. We got our money within approximately 10 to 14 weeks. This company is real and they help you get what you deserve .i highly recommend using them.
