It was well worth the wait to have professionals handle the legal complexities on my behalf.
I am very pleased with the service provided by Click2Refund, and specifically Ivan, regarding my compensation claim. After my trip to Catania in March 2025 was delaved by about 7 hours, I raised a claim immediately. While the process took nearly 1 year to conclude due to necessary local legal proceedings, the persistence of the team paid off. Even after the deduction of the 29% service fee and the 15% local legal cost, the remaining amount sent to my account today was more than double the original price of my ticket. It was well worth the wait to have professionals handle the legal complexities on my behalf. WOW! My flight from Rome was delayed six hours making me miss a connection in Dallas. The airline and travel insurance only compensated for expenses incurred. Then I discovered Click2Refund. I completed the online claim form and provided the documentation and waited. Apparently an email was sent a few months after my submission but was lost in junk mail. I only needed to provide banking information to receive the compensation minus their fee. I hesitated to give my banking information but did. I recently received an email from Eli informing me the payment was processed and my refund would be deposited into my account in 2-3 days and it was! I received $450 — significantly more than I received from the airline and travel insurance company! The customer service Eli provided was excellent — above and beyond what I expected! I highly recommend Click2Refund. They do all the work, you receive the refund!
