Excellent service with amazing communication
Excellent service with amazing communication. From the beginning they were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and getting the claim going. I had missed their email and contacted them inquiring about my claim almost a year later and they were able to confirm my claim had been approved and were able to get me my refund from my cancelled flight. Highly recommend it!!

Si sono occupati di tutto dall'inizio alla fine e non ho dovuto pagare un solo centesimo in anticipo. Come concordato fin dall'inizio, hanno trattenuto una commissione del 29% solo una volta ottenuto con successo il rimborso. È stato un processo completamente privo di stress. Vorrei ringraziare specialmente Simon, che è stato il mio referente principale. Si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, professionale e mi ha tenuto aggiornato durante l'intera procedura.
