Booking Reference is a six digit code with letters and numbers like W8ENH5 or PO2VTC. Airlines don’t use passenger names to identify the ticket; instead this number is used to keep track of your whole booking. We will use this code to reference your flight while communicating with the airline.
You can find this information on your e-ticket or emails sent by the airline when you purchased the ticket. Boarding passes sometimes include this number. The number is the same for all passengers on the booking.
Were you traveling with anybody on your trip? Passenger claims are calculated per passenger, not per booking. Please add other passengers so we can claim the correct amount from the airline.
This information is optional. You may leave the email blank if you want to be the main contact.
